A 532 coal drag crosses the Portage Bridge in Letchworth State Park. These trains used to run on the WNYP from Meadville, PA to Hornell, NY, but NS has eliminated the Meadville crew pool. The trains now run from Conway, PA to Buffalo, NY via Ashtabula, OH, and then down the Southern Tier Line. The 532 & 533 trains are the only coal & hopper trains left on the Tier, and they run to Bow, NH. All power plants along the Southern Tier that once recieved coal are either shut down or converted to gas. The hoppers on 532 are loaded at a reduced weight to accomodate the weight restriction on the Portage Bridge.
