| With new Safetrans looming in the background awaiting activation, the C&O signals still guide trains over the Northern at C.P. Milepost 3, or more commonly known as Sciotoville Junction. Pictured above, eastbound empties have nearly completed their quick run down the C&O from Columbus and will soon cross the Ohio River into Kentucky and soon after arrive at their destination of the Russell Terminal. |
