Power for Monday morning's Marblehead Local is tied down in the former Western Pacific yard at Burmester, Utah. The Marblehead serves mineral extraction industries along the southwest shore of the Great Salt Lake. UP 1629 is now classified an SD40N, rebuilt at Jenks Shops in North Little Rock, AR. It was originally built by EMD as the UP 3454 in April 1978.
