Fairhope, PA, October, 1998 - A former B&O GP-38 in Chessie System colors leads a former Seaboard System SD-40-2 downhill along the winding Wills Creek, deep in the mountains along CSX's Sand Patch grade. Just head of the eastbound train is Falls Cut Tunnel, a brick-faced tunnel that dates back to 1897. The train is Q-286, hauling auto parts and automobiles to port.
