| Nevada Northern Railway locomotive # 40 once again sports the recently restored “Safety First” slogan to the front of her smoke box. The use of this slogan on the smoke box can be traced as far back as the early 1930’s. The 2012 Winter Photo Shoots are currently underway this week with # 40 pausing at the depot in East Ely on Feb 4th, 2012.
