| NS 1387 (built 9/67 as NW 1387) awaits its next assignment out of Roanoke, likely on a Winston-Salem District pusher job. This unit would later be rebuilt as NS 3075 (GP40-2). Notice NS 9737 (RP-E4D slug mated to NS 1387) at right, which would later be renumbered to NS 937 to make way for the Dash-9 invasion. |
