Remarks & Notes

A GP38-2 and a GP38-3 head east from Watkins Yard on the way to Portsmouth, with a single boxcar, most likely they have the boxcar so they can run at trackspeed, as if they were just running with two pieces of equipment, they would be restricted to 30mph.
