Diminutive tank switcher 2796 rolls up to the table for a spin at East Altoona. PRR Class B8a. John got permission from a Vice President of the PRR to roam East Altoona, not often accessible to railfans. This is one of 16 photos taken that day now uploaded to GodfatherRails.com
