| CSX Q135, long term B&O reroute from the Magnolia Cutoff has just departed Clifton Forge less than an hour ago and is on schedule for its afternoon run along CSX's Alleghany Subdivision to Hinton. Q135/Q136 are operating on a 247 mile crew run from Russell-Clifton Forge and return, a recent change from the Russell-Hinton and Hinton-Clifton Forge crews. Pilot engineers are on duty in Hinton to assist the Russell crews with the trip over the Alleghany until a sufficient amount of crews are qualified. This is the only freight train operated by CSX to operate from Russell-Clifton Forge and return without stopping in Hinton. |
