With 22 cars from Evanston, WY, a pair of EMD SD40-2's (UP 3214 - UP 3213, built by EMD for the UP in April 1973) lead the Ogden based LUJ51 local down the Evanston Sub just west of Devil's Slide. These 38 and 1/2 year old EMD motors are still running strong along the historic Overland Route.
