| DC Power rolls over the former C&O trestle that crosses the Russell Fork River at Elkhorn City. Note the surface cut and disturbance in the upper left hand corner. Not MTR, this is construction of the new US 460 highway, which will link the Breaks Interstate Park with US 23 near Robinson Creek. |
