Remarks & Notes
Idling in St. Albans just after sunset, the westbound Collis P. Huntington New River Train unloads passengers before continuing west to it's destination of Huntington. The 2011 consist featured an impressive 28 cars of Amtrak and various private varnish cars. The New River Train is the longest excursion train in the United States and the only excursion train that operates over the entire CSX system.
