A WW&F Ry southbound freight pauses briefly at Alna Center station where greetings are exchanged between the engine crew and station agent. Located only 6 miles north of Wiscasset, Alna Center can be a very lonely place once night falls. This photo opportunity was part of the museum's 2011 fall volunteer work weekend. www.wwfry.org
