| DRGW #487 pulls up to the ash pit early one morning ready to dump her ash - a scene that has been repeated for nearly 100 years. Afterward, the crew will bring the engine past the coal tipple and over to the water tank for a fresh drink and watering of the coal preventing excess dust formation. Then, just another day on the Rio Grande! |
