Remarks & Notes
DETOUR: Due to washouts, New England Central detoured some of its traffic over Pan Am Southern. Using the symbol MFMO, the train pictured here came off NECR rails at Millers Falls, MA and is travelling over Pan Am Southern to Clifton Park, NY where it will then be handed over to the D&H. From there, it will go to Whitehall, NY, then to Rutland and Burlington, VT via Vermont Rail System before reaching home rails once again. With the Taconic Mountains providing a backdrop, the train is seen here rolling through North Petersburgh, NY as it skirts farm fields.
