| Reno Junction is a fantastic spot to watch trains in the Powder River Basin. Case-in-point is this eastbound (actually heading compass south) on Main 3. The train just finished loading at the Black Thunder West loadout, the tipple for which is just out of sight to the left. Note the loose coal dust blowing off the top of the gons as the train picks up speed. |
