Despite the rainy weather, the ARRA HSR project continues on the New England Central Railroad. NECR Rail Train #12 - a photo project train (as seen in the SDI Mill http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=366223; departing on the CF&E http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=366248 and on the CN http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=366223) - is seen dropping rail on the West Hartford, VT White River bridge.
