| The temperature is flirting with triple digits out in the Mojave desert along the BNSf Transcon. Here at Klondike, the mains spilt. The westbound main will venture out into the desert for five miles and the eastbound main continues to follow old 66. East of Ash Hill is where the two mains will connect yet again. |
