Amtrak F40PH 406, recently repainted into a celebratory 40th anniversary edition of the Phase III scheme, sits on display at Washington Union Station during National Train Day, Saturday, May 7, 2011. The unpowered 406, along with P40 822, will lead a heritage museum train that debuted at NTD and will tour the country celebrating 40 years of Amtrak.
