A full moon was quickly covered in thick dark clouds as a westbound enters the block, the Carothers signal giving one last stand before it is dismantled. As if the "railfan" grim reaper taking away the classic B&O's weren't enough.....there will be no SAFE-TRANS signals that will replace it.
