| CSX's Cumberland, MD to Cincinnati, OH manifest works it way through slow orders on the old B&O line. A viewer might note the unique single CPL mounted on the mast at this location. The new fiber optic cable box next to the track might be a sign of things to change on this line, as CSX wants to eliminate the aging CPLs on this line. |
