A New England Central passenger extra is deadheading Green Mountain Railroad passenger equipment and two spacer boxcars from Montpelier Jct., VT to North Walpole, NH and back to the GMRC, following a legislative dinner aboard the train earlier in the week. NECR GP38 3855 is pacing Route 14 in West Hartford, VT with the passenger extra in tow.
