| a BNSF Watson yard "shuttle" job has stopped at the west end of a "staged" train at Esperanza as required by the rules before proceeding east to Prado Dam where it will reverse it's move shoving another train east of "staged" train stopping fifty feet away and "staging" that train until power and or crews are available to take it east |
