| Struttin' her stuff. Newly overhauled K-28 #478 performs for the cameras on the rock ledge above Shalona Lake with Senior Engineer Bill Colley on the throttle. One of only two K-28s that still operates, the 478 was nicely detailed for this winter 2011 Willow Creek Productions Charter. She sported a plow pilot, spark-arrestor-less stack, green boiler jacket and 1930s-era D&RGW livery. |
