NYS&W's OnTrack service was a favorite way for Syracuse University students to get from campus to the popular Carousel Center Mall in the late 1990s and early 2000s. OnTrack operated three Budd RDC rail cars, numbers M-5, M-7, and M-8. A local diesel mechanic maintained the cars at the NYS&W's Armory Square Station in downtown Syracuse. A fourth car was purchased, but it sat in Utica as a parts unit. OnTrack is now gone. At least one of the Budd cars sold to the Conway Scenic in New Hampshire. Scanned from Kodachrome slide film.
