Westbound CSX Q416 exits Randolph Tunnel, just west of Doe Gully, WV on April 28, 2001 with SD60I No. 8733 leading a CNW CW44-9 and a HLGX C30-7. Spring has finally kicked into gear and the Red Bud is in bloom.
