Remarks & Notes |
It's after sunset the night of one of the biggest snows in recent memory in Rocky Mount NC, and things are a winter wonder land at the Tar River bridge just north of town. A late running P089, begins to pull south after the conductor walked the train to look for a noted defect. The dispatcher has given the OK to creep up behind P079 which is still in the station ahead. P079 has been waiting in the station for much longer than usual whilst CSX crews work to clean out the frozen crossover switches at "Charlie Baker". |
