| With its blue-overalled switchman riding the front steps, General Roca Railroad's G.E. export-model U18C # 8128 moves between switching chores in the small coach and baggage yard next to Plaza Constitución's passenger platforms. The 1980 HP. unit belongs to the second group of 11 diesels built in 1960 at G.E.'s Erie (Pa.) Plant, after a previous order of 25 received in 1957. |
