Remarks & Notes
One of Pacific Harbor Line's zebra stripe Motive Power Industries "clean" diesels begins its day of work, shoving back from Knoll along the Tosco Spur, on its way to build trains in Yang Ming's West Basin Container Terminal (WCBT). Presently powered by a Caterpillar 3516A / 12V4000 prime mover, this unit (along with the rest of the MPI fleet on PHL) is reportedly going to be given a new prime mover soon to bring it up to Tier 3 standards. Although you can't tell from its body, this unit began life as a Southern Pacific SD40T-2.
