Northbound RF&P Train No. 86, the "Everglades," awaits its 4:15 PM departure from Broad Street Station in Richmond, VA in May, 1970. E8A No. 1015 has come through on SCL from Jacksonville, FL. Several RF&P E8As were equipped with Mars headlights and ATS in a pool power arrangement south of Richmond on the former ACL.
