| WC 4508 awaits the crew that will soon be putting the Munising locals train together and then will be working west out of Trout Lake. The units that WC inherited with the FRV and GBW merger were quickly retired(GBW Alcos) or went right to work on WC with only a quick stencil job(FRV EMD's). The 4508 was one of the few to get a full sized WC herald below the cab window. The ex CNW GP7's and 9's never made it into WC colors. A number of GP30's, GP35's and FRV's lone SD35 finally did get the full WC paint treatment. |
