Yes it's raining, it's the Pacific Northwest. The Kettle Falls International Railway's Waneta (British Columbia) Job runs from Kettle Falls, WA along 150-mile long Lake Roosevelt (formed by the Grand Coulee Dam on the Columbia River) in northeast Washington State and into Canada (about 48 miles). It is called a about 7:00 a.m., makes up it's train, heads north about 8:00 a.m., and crosses into Canada about noon.
