Remarks & Notes
5 locomotives in 5 different paint schemes, lead an EB manifest train downgrade on BNSF's Hi-Line Subdivision in north-western Montana, not far east of Marias Pass. This spot is known as Triple Divide, for the geographic oddity the cloud obscured Glacier Park mountains form, or sometimes Spotted Robe for the nearby control point. Fall colors are still evident, despite the relatively late date in October, (for NW Montana)
