| A Re 6/6 with a Re 4/4 as second engine in the lead and as helper a Re 620 at the back of the heavy freigth train. Up to 1400 tons can be pulled by an Re 6/6 with an Re 4/4 (this combination is sometimes referred too as Re 10/10); if the trains are heavier they have to be pushed by an additional Re 4/4 or Re 6/6, because the couplers are too weak to pull the entire train on the steep 28%o slopes. |
