VTR GP38-2 202 rolls west towards Whitehall, NY to interchange its train with Canadian Pacific (D&H). The train is making a rare daylight move on this section of VTR's Whitehall-Rutland line due to 80 empty ethanol tanks that threw off the railroad's normal schedule.
