Smoke 'em if you got em! 12,700 horsepower put on a smoke show after exiting the ten thousand foot Tunnel number 41, with 5300 tons of double stacks behind. It'll be all downhill for the next 90 miles to Roseville, as the tough work of battling up the grade is done. Unfortunately, the uphill climb was the easy part, the descent of Donner Pass is nasty, with grades altering and spiking as much as 2.24%.
