A UP Officer Car Special, carrying members of the Surface Transportation Board and other rail dignitaries, waits to head east on the NICTD mainline near Ogden Dunes after interchanging off the NS at Miller. The train is waiting to meet a South Shore Freight before continuing east to Shops.
