| This pieced together soon to be road slug takes a spin on the turntable in the morning at the NS Juniata shops in Altoona. According to Altoonaworks.info this road slug will become NS 718 a RP-E4C and was converted from NS 2940 a GP38. Click here to see a side view of this locomotive on the turntable. |
