| By the end of the day there had been just enough warmth to melt most of the snow in the fields alongside the small town of Reshui. It had been unbelievably cold all day and all in the group had gone back to the hotel exhausted. I knew this would be my last visit to China so I forced (no exaggeration!) myself to venture out yet again. I had to keep jogging round the field to stay warm enough to hold the camera. This and the subsequent glinting 'going away' shots are what made it all worthwhile. |
