NYC skyline shows the World Trade Center [Twin Towers] under construction on a sunny September morning. Who could have imagined how they would change in another September day? New York Dock Rwy switches the car ferry slip. Note the Bush Terminal tugboat in the background. Line became part of the New York Cross Harbor RR.
