| A Milwaukee only model SDL39 rests at La Crosse. After the Soo merger most of the SDL39's went to storage. They were then leased to DME and later found there way to the WC where they gave many years of good service. After the CN bought the WC they were quickly stored and later sold to a South American RR. The 586 has a lot of miles and a couple different color schemes in it future at the time of this photo. |
