| Southern Railway 154 makes its first public appearance since the completion of its rebuild by the Gulf and Ohio Railways. The classy 2-8-0, built in 1890 by Schenectady Locomotive Works, was on display in Knoxville's Chilhowee Park from 1953 to 2008 and has been under restoration for the past two years. Seen here along Neyland Drive, 154 drew quite a crowd while making its inaugural run on the Three Rivers Rambler. Thank you G&O! |
