Remarks & Notes
New Hope Valley Railway No. 17 and Flagg Coal No. 75, a pair of 0-4-0 Vulcan tank engines, could be found in attendance during the West Virginia Rails 2010 Festival. In a fresh coat of B&O paint, the Potomac Eagle's F-7A No. 722 posed alongside in downtown Petersburg for stunning night photographs. A Special thanks to the volunteers of the Mountain State Railroad & Logging Historical Association for their expert lighting skills.
