One of the last group of used SD45's purchased by WC has had a quick renumbering/stencil job and been put right to work in the wilds of the Ex ACR Northern Ontario route. This is Train 10 with a head end fill of sintered ore from the mine near Wawa climbing upgrade south of Hawk Junction. The power consists of 6632,6506,7518,3014,6006 leading 64 cars. The mine in Wawa was going to be closed within a few days of this photo and the need for a separate ore train was pretty much over as business at the mine was slowly winding down.
