Wheeling and Lake Erie 2645 is actually bringing up the rear of D762. The train, led by CSX 2730 and CSX 6040, consists of six Wheeling & Lake Erie (ex-NS nee-SOU) GP35's bound for LTEX in Mcdonald OH. Rumor has it that they are destined to be scrapped, and so, unfortunately this will be their last run, as they pass through scenic downtown Kent.
