Fireman David Rabber throws a scoop into the inferno. The most interesting aspect of railroading to me is the human interest, for without the dedication and preservation of labor, the entire preservation world as we appreciate would disappear. Hauling a heavier-than-normal train, Rabber was concerned his fire might be too light. He shoveled enough coal to "start another hell," as the folk song goes.
