| Driftin' down to Los Pinos Tank. The crew of DRGW #484 has the cylinder cocks open as they drift down the hill toward the water tank at the north end of the Los Pinos Valley. The sun is out and the air is wonderfully still and warm on this late September morning. One look up the hillside to the east however, brings a stark reminder that the excursion season on the Cumbres & Toltec has only a couple of weeks left. |
