| A late running Q600 led by a decent looking GEVO passes under the Mitchell St. Viaduct. The old bridge is on borrowed time, it has been closed to traffic for over a year due to structural problems and work has begun to begin demolition. Along with the Spring St. interlocking tower it is one of the last remnants of Atlanta's late great Terminal Station, the second lower level sidewalk on the bridge was to allow passengers to access the platform tracks. The station once stood where the Russel building is on the left hand side of the frame. The old Southern railway offices keep an eye on the competition at the right side of the frame. |
