| Canadian National's Decatur-based yard switcher sits at WABIC (Wabash-Illinois Central interlocking) waiting for a Norfolk Southern manifest to roll through on January 2, 2010. Once given permission, the train will head over to the nearby CSX yard and interchange the three tankers. |
