| The 4th train out of the Thunderbird Mine today at Largo is beginning the 10 mile trip to United Taconite's plant near Forbes, MN. 100 loads of raw iron ore is heading to the plant to be processed for rail movement.
2 sets of these U730's (called T-Birds) run daily between Largo and Fairlane to service United Taconite. The train is about to cross the CN Rainy Sub at Shelton Jct. |
